That was Lisa Michelson's credo since the tender age of four. She knew then what she knows now. Handbags need to be chic, fun, lightweight and always make a fashion statement! After 20 years in the handbag and accessories business Lisa's passion turned into a business-creating and designing her own line of handbags-the Lisa David Collection. Lisa recognized a significant chasm in the market place for sophisticated, chic bags at an affordable price. The typical inexpensive bag had no pockets, boring linings and just looked like a big black bucket.
Lisa David bags are created with sophisticated design, luxury construction, quality materials and leathers, bright fun linings and a multitude of pockets inside and out that make the bags user friendly and fun. Each bag is designed to be lightweight and affordable. And, Lisa points out, these days a handbag needs to weigh less, to accommodate the fast-paced lifestyle of a woman on the go.
Lisa has amassed many years of experience in the handbag and accessories business, developing lines for many well known designers. Her keen knowledge and savvy fashion sense has helped build her reputation as a go-getter throughout the accessories industry.
